Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026Participation in the Pot of Gold Rewards Program ("Program") is free and open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and otherwise eligible to patronize Maggie Meyers Irish Pub.
Only one (1) account is permitted per individual. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise used by another person.
Employees, contractors, and other individuals designated by management may be excluded from participation at our sole discretion.
Members may earn points through eligible purchases, daily check-ins, daily logins, referrals, promotions, events, and other activities designated by Maggie Meyers from time to time.
Unless otherwise specified, eligible purchases earn one hundred (100) points per U.S. dollar spent.
The following are generally excluded from earning points:
Maggie Meyers may periodically offer bonus-point promotions, including double-point events.
Daily check-ins must occur while physically present at Maggie Meyers Irish Pub.
Receipt submissions and purchase claims may be subject to manual review before points are awarded. Receipts may be denied if the purchases cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, or if the submitted image is unclear, obscured, incomplete, or otherwise unreadable.
Points expire ninety (90) days after they are earned unless otherwise stated by Maggie Meyers.
Expired points are permanently forfeited and cannot be restored.
Points may be redeemed for available rewards including discounts, percentage-off offers, store credit, food and beverage rewards, merchandise, event-related rewards, and other promotional offers.
Reward availability, redemption values, and point requirements may change at any time.
As of this publication, certain rewards may begin at 1,000 points, but redemption values are subject to change without notice.
Members are limited to one (1) redemption per day unless otherwise authorized by management.
Members may be required to visit Maggie Meyers in person to claim or redeem rewards.
Points are promotional loyalty credits only and have no cash value.
Points may not be redeemed for cash, sold, exchanged, transferred, pledged, or assigned.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access to their account.
Maggie Meyers is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a member's failure to protect account credentials.
The following activities are prohibited:
Maggie Meyers reserves the right to revoke points, cancel rewards, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate participation for violations of these Terms.
Maggie Meyers reserves the right to adjust, remove, reverse, or correct points awarded in error.
Points associated with refunded, disputed, canceled, or invalid transactions may be removed.
Maggie Meyers may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Program, any reward, point value, earning method, redemption requirement, or any portion of these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Certain products, services, purchases, promotions, or rewards may be excluded from point earning or redemption eligibility where required by law, regulation, licensing requirements, operational needs, or company policy.
Members may discontinue participation at any time.
Maggie Meyers may suspend or terminate any account or participation in the Program at its sole discretion.
Termination may result in forfeiture of accumulated points and rewards.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available."
Maggie Meyers makes no guarantee that the Program will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Maggie Meyers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
While reasonable efforts will be made to correct technical issues, Maggie Meyers is not responsible for losses resulting from outages, software errors, internet disruptions, data loss, account access issues, or other technical failures.
